The 2003 North American International Synchronized Skating Competition is an International Invitational Synchronized Skating competition for Junior and Senior teams. The USFSA and the Detroit Metro Council will host this competition at the Great Lakes Sports City Arena in Fraser Michigan USA on January 9th and 10th 2003.

| Junior Division | 12-20 skaters, at least 12 years and less than 19 years old on July 1 2002. A maximum of four (4) alternates per team | SP:

| Senior Division | 16-20 skaters, at least 14 years or older on July 1, 2002. A maximum of four (4) alternates per team. | SP:
2m40s (max) FS: 4m30s (+/- 10s) |
| Teams may enter more than one category using different music and a different routine, with a 50% change in skaters. Only those skaters whose names are listed on the registration form will be allowed to skate. | ||
